Join the Elliott School of International Affairs Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; OUT in International Affairs; and the DC Student Consortium on Women, Peace, and Security for our Pride Month panel discussion "Advancing the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons Worldwide." Keynote speakers include Reginald Greer, Senior Advisor to the U.S. Special Envoy to Advance the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons at the U.S. Department of State, and Kenneth Kero-Mentz, Senior Advisor to the U.S. Special Envoy to Advance the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons at the U.S. Department of State and GW alumnus. The panel will include a conversation about the role of the State Department in advancing human rights, the status of LGBTQI+ persons worldwide, and avenues to advance equality during Pride Month and every month.
