Can Universities Serve the Public Good? A talk by the President of the W.T. Grant Foundation
Recently, pundits and politicians have blamed universities for not making good use of their resources. In response, some universities have launched ambitious efforts to prepare their students to serve the public good in the future. Dr. Adam Gamoran, President of the William T. Grant Foundation, will lay out another strategy for universities to serve the public good in this edition of the Conversations that Matter speaker series, presented by the GW Graduate School of Education and Human Development.
