The writing is done. The citations have been cross checked. Your adviser has signed off. All that's left is to upload your electronic thesis or dissertation—but what does that really mean? Don't be caught off guard! Led by Valerie Emerson, ETD Administrator, this short workshop will introduce you to the interface for uploading your document and give you a heads up on what you will be asked during that process. Barrett Matthews, Gelman Library's Compliance Officer, will speak briefly about copyright issues related to your thesis or dissertation.
This workshop will be available to the GW community in real time and via WebEx. Attend via WebEx by clicking here.
This workshop is part of the Skills for Academic Success series which features practical, hands-on instruction in useful skills you may not learn in class. This workshop is also offered on Thursday, July 11, 2019.
All sessions will be first-come, first served and are free to GW students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Attendance requires no reservation.
