  is expected to start at 9 am ET on February 7\, 2025. Guests are welcome 
 to join in person at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg\, VA\, wher
 e there will be a continental breakfast and lunch in addition to other ref
 reshments. However\, space is limited so pre-conference registration is re
 quired for all in-person attendees. Remote viewing of the conference by Zo
 om will also be available. In either case\, there is no registration fee.
