You are invited to a conversation with Dr. Ahmed Rostom, PhD '15, Egypt's minister of planning and economic development. Rostom will share his experience and notable career, from an economics doctorate at GW to the World Bank to office. Rostom’s professional experience spans financial development, financial inclusion, Islamic finance and financial sector reform. The event will feature a moderated discussion with Rostom followed by a Q&A.

This event is co-hosted by the GW Department of Economics, the Student Association for Graduate Economists, and the Elliott School.
