Please join us for a conversation with Laurent Bili, Ambassador of France to the United States, organized by the Transatlantic Program at the Elliott School of International Affairs. In the wake of the United Nations General Assembly, Amb. Bili will provide an overview of France's assessment of the geostrategic landscape - to include the state of French-U.S. relations in a complex and unpredictable electoral context on both sides of the Atlantic; conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East; the advent of new leadership in France, at NATO, and the European Union; and overarching trends towards growing Great Power Competition. The conversation will be held under Chatham House rules.
This event is open to GW students and members of the GW community only.
