 U.S. relations in a complex and unpredictable electoral context on both si
 des of the Atlantic\; conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East\; the adven
 t of new leadership in France\, at NATO\, and the European Union\; and ove
 rarching trends towards growing Great Power Competition. The conversation
