Join us for our upcoming Bioethics Interest Group Forum Hybrid Meeting to discuss Artificial Intelligence and Research Integrity: Upholding Ethics in Publishing

The growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in academic research brings both benefits and challenges for research integrity. While AI can enhance data analysis, literature reviews, and manuscript drafting, its misuse raises ethical concerns, such as AI-generated text without proper attribution, manipulated data, and biased algorithms.

To uphold integrity, it’s vital to ensure transparency in AI usage, disclose AI assistance clearly, and adhere to established ethical guidelines. As AI becomes more prevalent, collaboration among researchers, publishers, and policymakers is essential to maintain accountability, originality, and trust in scholarly communication. REGISTER HERE
