The GW Law Immigration Clinic faculty and student-attorneys represent asylum-seekers from all over the world. This session will discuss the challenges that asylum-seekers and their representatives face when navigating the U.S. asylum system, both in the affirmative and defensive context. Real client stories (and victories!) will be discussed to highlight the journeys of asylum-seekers in the United States.
