 Led by a museum docent\, this tour will explore the rich symbolism and art
 istry of birds as both motifs and materials in textiles. Highlights includ
 e Peruvian garments adorned with vibrant blue and yellow macaw feathers\, 
 and Chinese furniture covers that pull symbolic meaning from images of the
  crane.\n\nThis tour is part of the festivities for the GW Museum's "Celeb
 rating 10 Years!" event celebrating our 10 year anniversary of coming to c
