Professor Josh Douglas, a GW Law alum (2007) and current law professor of voting rights at the University of Kentucky, is coming to campus on Thursday, September 12 and will be giving a talk on his new book, The Court v. The Voters: The Troubling Story of How the Supreme Court Has Undermined Voting Rights. The book has received strong reviews and is a great read on the Supreme Court's harmful approach to the right to vote over the past 50 years.
This event is sponsored by the Multiracial Democracy Project and co-sponsored by ACS (American Constitution Society), GW Lawmakers, and LALSA (Latin American Law Student Association).
