Are you interested in learning a critical language? Pursuing a career in federal service? Completing research or an internship aboard?

You may be interested in the Boren Awards Program! Boren Scholars (undergraduate students) and Boren Fellows (graduate students) receive up to $30,000 to pursue language study, research or internships abroad. Boren Awards fund study in Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. 

Join the Office of Graduate Student Assistantships and Fellowships (OGSAF) and the Center for Undergraduate Fellowships and Research (CUFR) for an information session to learn more about the Boren Award Programs.

This information session will cover:

  • Eligibility Requirements for Boren Scholars and Boren Fellows
  • Benefits of the Boren Awards Program
  • Tips and tricks for crafting a competitive application

Open to all interested undergraduate and graduate students.
