Elizabeth McColm is an expert in cross-border transactions, bankruptcy, and restructuring, with experience across many industries and in various capacities over 30 years.  She has represented a number of notable clients, including Virgin Australia Airlines, McGraw Hill, Pioneer Energy Services Corp., David’s Bridal, The Bon-Ton Stores, Dean Foods, Pacific Drilling, and many others.  

In concert with Elizabeth McColm's seminar on cross-border transactions, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, several of her associates from Paul Weiss will be joining her to meet with GW Law students interested in Paul Weiss, and Big Law more generally.
