In celebration of Black History Month, all three of our all-you-care-to-eat dining halls will have lunch menus featuring recipes from the National Museum of African American History and Culture's Sweet Home Café Cookbook. Curated lunch menus will highlight recipes from ground-breaking African American chefs such as Bryant Terry, Enda Lewis, Jerome Grant, and more!
