Attention all rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors seeking an on-campus job next academic year: 

Campus Living & Residential Education (CLRE) invites you to apply for our 2024-2025 student staff positions. Individual interviews will be held between 10 am - 4 pm on:

• Monday February 26 on Foggy Bottom

• Tuesday February 27 on Foggy Bottom

• Wednesday February 28 on the Mount Vernon Campus

Following individual interviews, offers will be extended to participate in a Group Process session on Saturday, March 2 either in the morning or early afternoon. 

Interested students must be available for both an individual interview and the Group Process session!

Please review our two student staff positions and apply by Monday February 19. Information regarding scheduling an interview time with our team will be sent by February 23.

Who Are Community Engagement Advisors?

We are looking for GW students who want to make a positive impact in our first-year residence halls. Community Engagement Advisors (CEAds) provide essential programming and community-building support to fully occupied residence halls on the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon campuses. CEAds work within their assigned buildings to foster an intentional sense of community and belonging. In this hourly paid role, CEAds can expect to spend 10 hours per week activating their residential community. Overall, the role of CEAds involves a proactive and hands-on approach to community building, where the focus is on creating a vibrant and supportive residential environment that enhances the overall living experience for residents while instilling a strong sense of affiliation with GW. The 10 hours per week commitment reflects the dedication required to successfully carry out these responsibilities.

Who Are Community Engagement Assistants?

Community Engagement Assistants (CEAs) provide essential programming and community-building support to fully occupied residence halls on the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon campuses. In this hourly paid role, CEAs can expect to spend 10 hours per week activating their residential community. CEAs will take a proactive and hands-on approach to community building, where the focus is on creating a vibrant and supportive residential environment that enhances the overall living experience for residents while instilling a strong sense of affiliation with GW. All CEAs will work together towards a shared goal of creating experiences and spaces for residents to connect with one another, find belonging in their community, and develop affinity for GW.
