About this Event
Inspired by Steampunk, Magictm, and who knows what else!
Welcome to Icaria, a continent of innovation and excitement. In this land, great and powerful city-states have grown and flourished upon the leylines of magic that power their industry and growth. Magic itself has become a natural resource to be harvested and used in the pursuit of technological progress. It truly seems to be an age of enlightenment and civility.
However, dark clouds seem to be gathering on the horizon. Tension has been steadily growing between the city-states, as seemingly random and sporadic bouts of violence have strained diplomatic relations. Rumors of hidden intentions and rival nations building up military power run wild through the halls of governance in these cities. There exists only speculation on what will become of the continent. Will the truth behind these machinations be revealed? Will the continent be torn apart by war? Will this vaunted golden age come to a bitter end? Only time, and a well-rounded group of adventurers, will tell.
