General Body Meetings are meetings with the Executive Board, Appointed Officers, Organization Delegates, and any other SEAS students, faculty, or staff who wish to attend. General Body Meetings are generally held during the week (Monday - Thursday) around 8:00 pm since many Organization Delegates have class and/or other commitments during the day and early evening. These meetings should last no more than one hour in duration and should have an agenda that is set at the Board Meeting preceding the General Body Meeting.
Attendance in-person is encouraged, though The Engineers’ Council will offer a hybrid option for General Body Meetings. The Zoom link to attend may be found here. This decision is subject to change based on feedback and trends in the COVID-19 pandemic.
