Donate Warmth and Joy This Winter
As part of the season of giving, GW faculty and staff are encouraged to join in meaningful charitable initiatives organized by the Honey W. Nashman Center for Civic Engagement and Public Service and the Office of Sustainability. Let’s make a difference together!

🧣 Winter Necessities Drive
Help local students and their families stay warm this season. GW is partnering with DC Public Schools to collect essential winter items such as new socks, gloves, hats, scarves, tights, and long-sleeved shirts in sizes for middle schoolers.

• Donation stations will be available at all Faculty and Staff Winter Celebration events.
• Can’t attend? Bring or ship items to the Nashman Center (2300 H Street NW, Suite 400) through December 19.

Donate to The Loop

The Office of Sustainability will host a clothing donation drive to support The Loop, GW’s free clothing exchange. Donate clean, gently used clothing that will go directly to The Loop, where they’ll be made available for free to students, faculty, and staff.  This promotes reuse and sustainable fashion across our campus community.

• Donation bins will be available at all Faculty and Staff Winter Celebration events.
• Can’t attend? Bring your donations directly to The Loop (Academic Building Room 122, Mount Vernon Campus).
