Sharon Hill‚ GW Business Professor of Management‚ spealizes in virtual and remote work with extensive experience leading global virtual teams. Her research explores leadership in digital work environments‚ virtual collaboration‚ and virtual worker well-being. Dr. Hill has published in leading academic journals‚ and her work has been featured in multiple media outlets. She consults with businesses and government organizations to enhance leadership and teamwork effectiveness. Dr. Hill teaches courses on leading teams‚ leading change‚ and virtual workforce leadership.
