The Business & Finance Law (BFL) Program is pleased to host Caroline Pham, US CFTC Commissioner, for both a keynote speech and a Financial and Regulatory Law Panel, open to students and faculty, on Thursday, February 1st, in the Faculty Conference Center (Burns 505).

Following the keynote speech, Commissioner Pham will join panelists William Kovacic, former Chair of the FTC, and Amias Gerety, former Acting Assistant Secretary at the US Department of the Treasury, for a special Q&A discussion of novel issues in financial regulation.

This is an opportunity to learn more about financial and regulatory law, as well as to meet panelists and other BFL faculty and students.

All are welcome. Reception (7-8 PM) with light refreshments to follow the event.
