Mukendi is a senior manager at a global consulting firm where he helps his clients solve their most pressing challenges. As a second-generation American, he spent most of his formative years growing up in both the United States and different countries in Africa. His travels, which include time spent in Liberia, Senegal, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea Bissau, Switzerland, and Brazil have given him insights into leadership and its intersection with culture and strategy. His focus on global leadership over the last 15 years has equipped him with the prerequisite know-how as a leadership expert.
