Join the GW Chicago Alumni Network for a ’Windy City’ welcome to all recent graduates who moved to the area!
GWelcome to Chicago is an annual event for recent graduates to learn how to stay engaged as alumni and connect with the GW community in the region. Seasoned Chicagoans are encouraged to share their tips‚ tricks‚ and favorite spots in and around the city with new graduates‚ especially those from the class of 2023‚ who are learning to navigate the area.
Whether you have lived in Chicago for years or have recently moved to the area‚ all alumni are invited to enjoy food‚ drinks and networking on the terrace at Kindling Cookout and Cocktails with city views and fun games.
Registration is $10 for alumni and guests and free for the class of 2023‚ and includes heavy appetizers‚ non-alcoholic beverages and two drinks per person (beer or wine).
