 : William C. Handorf is a professor of finance. Professor Handorf earned hi
 s A.B. in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan. 
 He earned his Ph.D. in financial administration from Michigan State Univers
 ity. Professor Handorf also served as a director with the Federal Home Loan
  Bank of Atlanta\; he chaired the Audit Committee‚ the Finance Committee an
 d the Enterprise Risk and Operations Committee. In addition‚ he served as v
 ice chairman of the Board of Directors. The Bank is a wholesale financial i
 nstitution registered with the SEC and has assets of approximately $200 bil
