This roundtable explores the future and potential of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) on the employer-sponsored health insurance market. ICHRAs allow employers to provide tax-free funds for employees to purchase Affordable Care Act-compliant plans on the individual market. Academics, federal and state policymakers, think tank leaders, and industry representatives will convene to examine current efforts to expand the use of ICHRAs and similar arrangements that rely on ACA marketplace exchanges, and the policy proposals affecting those initiatives.
