Join the Gender Equality Initiative in International Affairs (GEIA), the Student Consortium on Women, Peace and Security, the Young Black Professionals in International Affairs, and GW Leading Women of Tomorrow for a panel discussion on the experiences of women of color in gender advisor roles. The role of gender advisors is crucial as we strive for gender equity globally. However, this field often lacks the diverse perspectives of people of color. This panel discussion aims to highlight the importance of including their voices at the table, spotlighting their unique contributions, challenges, and experiences in this role as women of color.
