About this Event
Join us on Monday 9/23 from 5-7pm for our Identity Negotiation and Authenticity Workshop! This event is designed to support students in exploring and affirming their identities, especially when faced with the challenges of imposter syndrome in predominantly white academic settings. Through a metaphorical exercise, participants will map out their identities using the imagery of "roots," "leaves," and "seasons," which will help them understand and articulate their background, current interests, and personal growth. By connecting with these aspects, students will gain insight into how they can maintain their authentic selves and navigate their academic environment with confidence.
