DESCRIPTION:Join us on Monday 9/23 from 5-7pm for our Identity Negotiation
and Authenticity Workshop! This event is designed to support students in e
xploring and affirming their identities\, especially when faced with the c
hallenges of imposter syndrome in predominantly white academic settings. T
hrough a metaphorical exercise\, participants will map out their identitie
s using the imagery of "roots\," "leaves\," and "seasons\," which will hel
p them understand and articulate their background\, current interests\, an
d personal growth. By connecting with these aspects\, students will gain i
nsight into how they can maintain their authentic selves and navigate thei
 r academic environment with confidence.
