Please join us for our second IP Speaker Series event of the 2023 Fall semester! Ryan Vacca, Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, will be discussing his work titled Revisiting the Federal Circuit En Banc.
Ryan Vacca is a Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he teaches a variety of intellectual property courses, Contracts, and Evidence. Prior to joining the UNH Law faculty, he was the David L. Brennan Professor of Law at the University of Akron School of Law, where he served as Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law & Technology, Director of Faculty Research & Development, and Interim Co-Dean. Professor Vacca has also been a visiting professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, the University of Denver College of Law, Swinburne University Law School (Melbourne, Australia), and Wuhan University of Technology (Wuhan, China). His research primarily focuses on IP and judicial administration and his recent (and forthcoming works) are published in the California Law Review, Illinois Law Review, Nevada Law Journal, Colorado Law Review, Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and elsewhere.
