This month, we are excited to welcome Chef Thai Dang, owner of the Vietnamese restaurant Hai Sous in Chicago. Raised just outside of DC, Chef Thai is thrilled to return to the area to visit GW and present an Asian-inspired menu at the Shenkman Teaching Kitchen.
