Kick off Buff & Bloom: For Good with Taste of GW ✨

 

Join us for a cherry blossom-inspired celebration filled with sweet treats, themed bites, and all the spring vibes. For one night, Thurston Hall will be transformed into a full-scale dining and entertainment experience, bringing together food, activities, and community to launch Buff & Bloom in style.

 

The highlight of the evening is a one-night-only takeover dinner by Celebrity Chef Angel Barreto, Executive Chef and Partner at Anju, one of DC’s top Korean restaurants. Known for blending classical French technique with Korean culinary traditions, Chef Angel, a Food & Wine Best New Chef, multi-time James Beard semifinalist, and 2024 RAMMY Chef of the Year, will bring a thoughtfully curated menu to campus for this special event. Alongside this exclusive dining experience, enjoy a variety of cherry blossom-themed foods throughout the space. We'll be activating the entire dining hall with games, raffles, and one-night-only menu!

 

Additionally, be sure to head up to the Thurston Penthouse for an exclusive Wicked Pop-up Experience where you can sip on mocktails and enjoy sweet treats! Take photos with your friends and get immersed in all things Wicked!

 

This is a ticketed event, with all proceeds benefiting World Central Kitchen, supporting their work providing meals to communities impacted by humanitarian crises and natural disasters.
