GW Organizers for Revolutionary Climate Action (ORCA) and GW Socialist Action Initiative (SAI) will be co-hosting an outdoor social event, teach in, and tabling event at G Street Park, highlighting the intersection of labor, climate, and broader student organizing.  SAI and ORCA will specifically be presenting how our own personal work intersects around the topics labor and class, and its importance today. We will have a variety of student cultural and community organizations tabling their work and how their own it is done at similar intersections.  We will be loosely tabling from 11 till 6, with speeches from 12 to around 1.  These speeches will cover our collective work, as well as feature student and a few community voices speaking to the ways we see this work existing in our present moment.  After these speeches, the event will return to its more social tabling nature, allowing GW students to meet and get to know various groups!
