Calling all artists, nature enthusiasts, historians, researchers, public health professionals and more for a fall semester fellowship in support of Native ecology and Indigenous livelihoods!
What does it mean for us to live and study on Piscataway lands?
Landing in Piscataway Terrain is an experiential service art Project in which students will visit Piscataway Park, site of Piscataway villages for thousands of years, in order to remove invasive plant species and learn about Native ecology. Then we'll bring these lessons back to campus, exploring how GW's landscape can better promote Native plants and how we can be in more right relationship all Indigenous peoples of DC.
