In April’s Leaders at All Levels session, staff will learn about organizational awareness and how they can strengthen their organizational awareness skills. We’ll share practical tools and resources to help navigate the work environment and make a meaningful impact.

About Leaders at All Levels:

Leaders at All Levels is a training series for GW staff focused on topics to help provide a foundation for future leaders and help current leaders brush up on skills. No matter the level, all staff are welcome to attend. 

Each session explores a leadership development topic, such as communication, self awareness, managing up, and more. There are no prerequisites to attend, which means you have the flexibility to attend as few or as many sessions as you’d like.
