 r at TIAA‚ Val is focused on helping participants plan for their financial 
 well-being and retirement readiness. He meets with clients one-on-one and p
 rovides personalized advice and holistic financial wellness planning‚ inclu
 ding specific asset allocation and fund selection recommendations based on 
 the plan’s investment options.\n\nVal began his financial services career i
 n 2006 and has been with TIAA since 2015. He serves clients from the local 
 Washington D.C. TIAA office.\n\nVal holds an Executive MBA from Quantic Sch
 ool of Business and Technology and a BA in International Affairs from the G
