In the framework of the Elliott School's formal partnership with NATO's Allied Command Transformation, the Transatlantic Center at ESIA's Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies has launched a new program of activities focusing on NATO's agenda vis-a-vis Emerging & Disruptive Technologies. Following an inaugural event on January 30th that put the spotlight on NATO's Defense Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA), ESIA will host a seminar on Thursday, April 17 to explore lessons from the battlefield use of technology in the war in Ukraine, specifically in light of the recent creation of NATO's Joint Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC). Based in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and subordinate to Allied Command Transformation, JATEC is tasked with identifying and supporting the implementation of lessons from Russia's war against Ukraine, and will also serve as a catalyst for strengthening NATO-Ukraine relations.
