Each year we choose the three best research papers in the field of Museum Studies submitted by our graduate students in fulfillment of the writing requirement for the Master of Arts in Museum Studies and the Museum Studies Certificate Program. These three students present an overview of their papers at the annual symposium followed by a brief speech by an influential museum professional.

Our student presenters will be announced later this month!

Keynote Speaker
Our keynote speaker for the event will be Nancy Bercaw, curator of Political History at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, where she also serves as senior advisor for the Center for Restorative History.
