Celebrate a decade of culture and history with the Okinawa Collection.

The evening begins at 5:00 pm on the 7th floor of Gelman Library, where guests can enjoy themed exhibits, displays, and refreshments while touring the collection within the Global Resources Center.

The celebration continues at 6:00 pm in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters room with a dynamic cultural showcase:

Live Karate: Demonstrations by professional Master Nestor Folta.

Music & Dance: Performances by Momo-sensei and the eisa players.

Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to participate in these traditional Okinawan arts firsthand. We look forward to seeing you there!
