Watch international art come to life right before your eyes in a star-lit amphitheater. Join GW alumni in Southern California for a unique experience at the Pageant of the Masters‚ a 90-minute stage show featuring “living pictures” of international art‚ with real people posing to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces. Before the 8:30pm performance‚ join fellow alumni at 7pm for a reception at Terra Laguna on the festival grounds.
Celebrating the 90th anniversary of the first presentation of “living pictures” at the Festival of Arts‚ this year’s theme is: "In the Company of Artists" and acknowledges the deep connections of the Festival and Pageant to the early artists who settled in Laguna Beach.
Registration is $47 for alumni and guests and $39 for young alumni (classes of 2013 - 2023) and includes one drink (beer or wine) and light snacks at the reception and your ticket(s) to the performance.
