About this Event
On Thursday, 1/16 from 4-6pm in the MSSC MPR, join us for an evening of imagining a radically hopeful future. “Radical Hope and the Politics of Possibility” invites students to explore the power of hope politics—a transformative force for justice and societal change. Radical hope is not just passive optimism; it's about reimagining a world of possibility, justice, and care, even when the future seems uncertain. By reflecting on historical examples of resilience from our Black feminist foremothers, such as the Combahee River Collective, Angela Davis, and Assata Shakur, we’ll explore how hope becomes an active, collective force for change. Together, we'll dream of a world that does more than survive—it thrives. ✊✨
