Join GW Law’s Reproductive Data Privacy Initiative on January 28th at 12 pm in the SCC for a discussion on “Increased Surveillance, Reduced Access to Reproductive Care.” Panelists including GW Law Professor Andrew Ferguson, EPIC Senior Counsel Sara Geoghegan, and J.D./M.D. Kimberly Chernoby will explore pressing reproductive privacy issues impacting Americans in 2026. The event is hosted by GW Law's Ethical Tech Initiative and the GW Bernard Center for Law & Technology, and will include beverages and a hot lunch.
