Please join the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies in honoring the memory of Professor Peter Reddaway, a longtime faculty member of George Washington University, with a discussion of topics he cared about, from human rights and dissidents to siloviki and Russia’s political system. This event will feature two interdisciplinary panels of scholars across generations presenting their own original research on these topics and one roundtable at which leading academics and practitioners close to Peter reflect on how we should understand Russia’s past and present in light of his contributions. A lunch reception will conclude the event.
