Strategic Crisis Simulations is hosting its second simulation of the academic year on Saturday, December 6th. Triangular Troubles, is about efforts to combat transnational crime in Southeast Asia’s Golden Triangle.

A shocking report from the UN Office on Drugs and Crime has ripped the veil off a sprawling transnational criminal network in the Golden Triangle. Evidence has linked a number of officials, militias, and private enterprises in an enormous drug and money-laundering scheme. Recent raids on suspected sites have exploded into lethal clashes along the border. Participants will act as national leaders, military and law-enforcement commanders, and intelligence officers to coordinate cross-border operations, trace illicit finance, protect vulnerable civilians and refugees, and manage the diplomatic and security fallout.
