Coleen Duffy will be giving a talk to a group of students, now converted to an open invite provided pre-registration, about the future of hospitality under the new AI regime. Drawing on her experiences in the hospitality industry and GWSB undergrad education, she hopes to outline a path for future students to be successful in the field with the new opportunities and tools available to them.
