The Washington Union Society, supported by the Sandra Day O'Conner Institute, is hosting a debate series to foster civic discourse and tackle issues facing everyday Americans.

Members of various think tanks and organizations in the DC area are coming together in a series of three two-on-two debates on the following motions:

"This House believes free trade is no longer in America's best interest."
"This House believes the risks of artificial intelligence outweigh its benefits."
"This House believes American foreign policy serves everyday Americans."

Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and vote on who they think made the better argument.
