The Albert H. Small Washingtoniana Collection holds a rare map of North America during the Civil War, which is embellished with portraits of political and military leaders, nationalistic scenes and statistical charts. GW students joined the collection’s curator to research this important work in-depth for the first time. The results of their innovative investigation are featured in this small exhibition.
