What do you do with an idea? This workshop will discuss the importance of research and walk you through steps to find a faculty mentor, consider the different pathways to conducting research, and identify relevant research opportunities. Don't be intimidated by the word "research" - it's a wonderful journey to begin!

This workshop is part of the Center for Undergraduate Fellowships and Research's Creating Knowledge through Undergraduate Research workshop series for all GW undergraduate students and alumni interested in learning about undergraduate research opportunities on and off campus.

All sessions are free to GW students, faculty, staff, and alumni. GW has an institutional commitment to ensuring that all of our programs and events are accessible for all individuals. If you require any accommodations to participate in this event, please contact libraryevents@gwu.edu at least 72 business hours (3 business days) prior to the event.
