Dr. Tabinda Sarosh is the Interim CEO of Pathfinder International, leading from Karachi, Pakistan, and Pathfinder’s first CEO leading from outside the U.S. With over two decades in development and humanitarian work, she has been a powerful advocate for women’s health and well being, driving transformative change across Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

As Pathfinder’s South Asia-MENA she led a project portfolio of USD 180 million encompassing work on reproductive health, women’s economic empowerment and climate resilience that have led to significant policy reforms and institutionalization of key system levers that enable women and girls to fulfill their full potential.
