Celebrate World Aquatic Animal Day with us!

The theme for this year’s World Aquatic Animal Day is The Human Gaze: Impacts on Aquatic Animals. Our first panel - Unseen, Unprotected & Underwater: Perspectives on Aquatic Animals will feature our wonderful Keynote speaker, Carol Adams along with four other fabulous advocates, Juliette Jackson, Cormac Cullinan, Miranda Eisen, and Hana Nabulsi. The panel will "see" aquatic animals through ecofeminist, environmental, and indigenous perspectives and address the intersections of these perspectives.
