Generations of Vocal Jazz is the brainchild of GW Vocal Jazz Professor Alison Crockett's experience in teaching all ages of people how to sing and groove with jazz.  Choral singing engages the voice and the soul communally. Jazz harmony excites the ear and makes your body want to move to the groove. This performance features music from the American Songbook, Jazz Standards, Holiday Songs, and original modern compositions and highlights that people from 8 to 80 can enjoy and perform this great music called Jazz.
