Do you want to try weightlifting but don't know where to start? Feeling intimidated by the weight room? Are you looking to learn or correct your form? Come to our FREE 3-day weightlifting clinic series. Whether you're a newbie or an experienced lifter, join us to lift and learn! 

What you can expect:

  • Learn weight room skills + etiquette
  • Build confidence and learn proper form
  • Make friends
  • Get answers to hot topics in the lifting world
  • Receive additional resources to use after the clinic
  • Focus on squat, bench press/push-up, and deadlifts

The clinics will be held on:

  • Sunday, February 5th (Squat Clinic) 10am*-noon
  • Sunday, February 12th (Bench/Push-up Clinic) 10am*-noon
  • Sunday, February 19th (Deadlift Clinic) 10am*-noon
